1. During TrialDuring trials, our transcriber will be sitting in open
court typing out everything that is said in court and
transmit it to all parties in real time. We will provide
the hardwares needed to run BriefCase which includes
computers for the judge, plaintiff's counsel and
defendant's counsel and the wireless network.
Simultaneously we will also record the trial in audio
to ensure accuracy of the notes.

2. After TrialAt the end of the trial day, lawyers will go
back with a draft of the notes of evidence
while our transcriber cross check the typed
notes with the audio recording.
The necessary amedments will be made to
ensure that there is zero mistakes in the
notes of evidence.
We understand that justice is at stake here,
so we work hard to make sure that everything
is 100% accurate.

3. Final NotesThe final notes that has been
cross checked with the recorded
audio will be available within 48 hours
after the trial. |
