UX Designer
Full-time or contractRemote (Colombia)
Design clear, accessible and useful experiences for our AI quality tools and for the client products we work on. You will work closely with engineers and QA, and turn complex technical workflows into simple interfaces.
What you will do
- Research users and workflows, and turn findings into clear design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build and maintain a consistent design system with engineers
- Plan and run usability tests, then iterate on the results
- Explain design trade-offs clearly to developers and stakeholders
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in UX or product design
- A portfolio showing end-to-end work, including research and final interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, including components and auto layout
- Experience designing for complex data or technical users
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS or dashboards
- Experience designing AI-powered features
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
